We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not collect payment information through this website.

• Prepare design concepts, quotations and proposals
• Plan and deliver a booked project, including fabrication and installation
• Communicate with you about your project's progress and timeline

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors or venue partners only where necessary to deliver your specific project (for example, coordinating installation access with an exhibition organizer), and only to the extent needed for that purpose.

Form submissions

Contact and project enquiry forms on this website are processed through a third-party form-delivery service to route submissions to our email inbox. We do not control that service's own data-handling practices beyond the delivery of your submission to us; please avoid including sensitive personal information (such as financial account details) in form submissions.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, deliver a booked project, and maintain basic business records afterward. You can request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us — see below.

Terms of Service

Quotations and pricing

Quotations provided by Booth Design Karachi are based on the brief, dimensions, materials and timeline discussed at the time. Prices are estimates until a final design, material specification and scope are confirmed in writing. Changes to scope, materials, size or timeline after a quotation is issued may affect the final price.

Project confirmation and payment

Projects are typically confirmed with an agreed advance payment before design work or fabrication begins, with the remaining balance payable according to terms agreed for that specific project. Exact payment terms are confirmed directly with each client before work starts.

Design ownership and use

Concept designs, drawings and 3D visuals prepared for a project remain the property of Booth Design Karachi until the project is confirmed and paid for in full, after which the client is free to use the final approved design for that specific exhibition stand or kiosk. Preliminary concepts shared during a quotation process may not be reused, reproduced or fabricated elsewhere without agreement.

Timelines and delays

Project timelines are planned backward from a client's confirmed exhibition or installation date. Delays caused by late confirmation of design, late payment, changes in scope, or factors outside our control (such as venue access restrictions or organizer scheduling changes) may affect the delivery timeline, and will be communicated as early as possible.

Venue rules and compliance

Clients are responsible for informing us of any specific exhibition organizer or venue rules that apply to their stand (height limits, structural approval requirements, fire safety rules, etc.). We will design and fabricate in line with the requirements shared with us, but final compliance sign-off with a venue or organizer remains the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Booth Design Karachi will take reasonable care in the design, fabrication and installation of every project. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third parties (venues, organizers, couriers, or other vendors engaged by the client), or for damage occurring after handover unless caused by our fabrication or installation work.

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in how we work or applicable requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
