How we work
From brief to breakdown, in five stages
Design, fabrication and installation are managed as one continuous scope — so what you approve in the concept stage is what stands on the show floor.
Brief & space confirmation
One of the first things we ask is when your exhibition is actually taking place — that single date tells us how much runway we have, how urgent the timeline is, and how the floor plan needs to be sized around your stand dimensions, height limits and space type (raw space or shell scheme).
Concept & 3D design
Before sketching anything, we talk through what you actually need — a stall design paired with fabrication, a standalone kiosk, or additional expo stall props like counters, backdrops or product displays. Once that's clear, we develop the layout, materials, lighting and branding direction around it.
Sign-off & specification
Once the concept is approved, we finalize materials, finishes and a build timeline working backward from your move-in date.
Fabrication
Structure, panels, counters and graphics are built against the approved drawing.
Installation & dismantling
On-site assembly within the venue's move-in window, and dismantling within the move-out window once the show closes.
